New Innovations Mobile Application Privacy Policy

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out how New Innovations uses and protects the information that you give or provide to us when you use the New Innovations' Mobile Application, which is defined in the New Innovations Terms & Conditions located here and incorporated herein by reference.

New Innovations is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If we ask you to provide, in the course of your use of our applications, certain information by which you can be identified ("Personal Information"), such Personal Information will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Access and Use of Application By Adult Medical Personnel Only. The Application is intended for use by physicians and other medical personnel in the evaluation of their colleagues and peers. As such, the Application is not directed or targeted to children under the age of 13. By proceeding to access and download the Application, you represent and warrant to us that you are an adult, aged 18 or older, and are a professional or paraprofessional employed in a medical field. If you are below the age of 18, and/or are not employed in a medical field, you ARE NOT authorized to access, download, or use this Application; in that case, please do not proceed.
2. Amendments to Privacy Policy. New Innovations may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. You should check this page from time to time to see whether any changes to this Privacy Policy have been made. If changes have been made, and if you do not agree with them, you must cease use of the Application and delete it from your mobile device. Your continued use of the Application after changes have been made to this Privacy Policy indicates your agreement to and acceptance of the changes. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2016 ("Effective Date").
3. Personal Information Collected. New Innovations may collect the following Personal Information and other information from you:
   • Name, employer, and job title
   • Contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers
   • Demographic information including preferences and interests
4. Uses of Personal Information Collected. New Innovations collects the Personal Information set forth in Paragraph 3 hereof in order to improve the Application and to provide you with a better service. In particular, New Innovations may use your Personal Information as follows:
   • For internal record keeping
   • To improve our products and services
   • To maintain the integrity of the reviews provided through the Application
   • To inform you about new products and services, or other information that we believe you may find interesting
   • To contact you for market research purposes
   • To customize the Application according to user interests
   • To provide to our third party partners for marketing or promotional purposes
   New Innovations will never sell or lease your Personal Information, and, unless required by law, we will never distribute it to third parties other than those listed above without your permission.
5. Restrictions on Use of Personal Information. In your use and submission of information to the Application, you may restrict New Innovations' collection and use of your Personal Information in the following ways: (i) if you have previously agreed to allow New Innovations and/or its third party partners to use your Personal Information for marketing or promotional purposes, you may change your mind at any time by emailing us at itsupportteam@new-innov.com.
6. Security for Personal Information Collected. New Innovations is committed to ensuring that your Personal Information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your Personal Information, we use suitable, industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Personal Information that we collect via the Application.
7. Cookies. From time to time, New Innovations uses cookies to improve its services. A cookie is a small file that "asks permission" to be placed on your computer or mobile device and which is used for analysis of web traffic and other functions. Once you agree, the cookie is placed on your computer or mobile device. There, it allows the Application to make customized responses to you, and to tailor its operations to your needs, likes, and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. New Innovations uses cookies to analyze web traffic data to improve the Application, and tailor it to users' needs. New Innovations uses data collected through cookies only for statistical analyses, after which the data is deleted. Cookies do not give New Innovations access to your computer, mobile device, or any information about you other than that which you choose to share. You can choose to accept or decline cookies; most browsers automatically accept cookies unless you modify settings to decline them. However, declining to accept cookies may prevent you from taking full advantage of the Application.
8. Obtaining Details About and Correcting Your Personal Information. You may request details about your Personal Information that New Innovations holds by emailing us at itsupportteam@new-innov.com. If you believe that any of your Personal Information is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at the foregoing email address to request correction. Upon receipt of your email, we will correct any of your Personal Information found to be incorrect.
